We keep it sparse in furniture and light fixtures and use artwork and accessories to set the place up. We never put in beds but do use bedroom furniture. Plants, flowers, fruits and vegetables (real or not) and small interesting pieces of furniture on a monotone backdrop set the stage. Apartments and homes rent much faster when this is done. Photos are provided and a brief write-up for your rental advertisement is included. We provide all the props, and these are left in place for up to 4 weeks if needed.
Additional services such as cleaning of windows and toilets and making small permanent changes such as a ceiling light fixture, cupboard knobs or a new faucet can be arranged at an additional cost. These are simple inexpensive items that will stay in the apartment or home — they can greatly add to the appeal of the space in the minds of prospective renters.
